Seated by a decorative water feature, Gabe Broughton looks amused.

GABE BROUGHTON

I am a Teaching Assistant Professor in the Philosophy Department at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I received my PhD in philosophy from Princeton University in 2024. Before that, I got my JD from the University of Chicago Law School.

I work primarily on ethics, political philosophy, and the philosophy of law. I’m also interested in logic, epistemology, and metaphysics. Here’s my CV.

Outside of philosophy, I spend most of my time tethered to a handsome beagle named Zorro.

You can email me at gbroughton [at] unc.edu.
